ABOUT US
When Daisho first opened, sushi in Windhoek was largely viewed as an elite, expensive luxury. One of Daisho’s greatest legacies has been breaking down that barrier through its wildly popular bottomless sushi buffets and intentional pricing, transforming Japanese cuisine into an accessible, mainstream comfort food for all types of people.

Daisho journey continues to evolve. While keeping its roots firmly in the community with regular live music nights, sake pairings, and masterclasses, it remains anchored by the exact same ethos Master Makhosi started with over a decade ago: treating every single patron who walks through the door like a member of the family.
